Andrew was amazing! I am a retired widow and it had been 40 years since I had made a realastate purchase. I was feeling naive and vulnerable at the thought of buying a new house. Andrew made it all better. He answered all my questions, even the ones I considered lame and transparent, with patience and honesty. He looked out for my best interests throughout the entire deal and I always felt like he had my back. Andrew was professional and efficient! If this web sight would let me I would give him 10 stars and a batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies!

I would highly recommend Andrew Kinder if you are looking to purchase a house. He is knowledgeable, patient, gives quick responses, and extremely nice. This was the first time I have went through the process of buying a house and Andrew walked me through the process step-by-step making sure I understood each step. He is very detailed oriented and worked very hard to make this a great experience. Having Andrew Kinder as your agent would be one of the best decision you make when buying a house.

Andrew is a true professional in all aspects of his work. He showed us houses we requested, never going beyond our wishes and was never pushy about anything. He was always available and answered our phone calls promptly. We would highly recommend Andrew, and will not hesitate to use his services in the future. This is the guy you want on your side.

Out of everyone I've talked to, Andrew is the guy to go to. My experience working with him was fantastic. He listened to what I liked and disliked about houses we looked at after I gave a preliminary "I want XYZ in my home" and we went from there. He was always available for questions and always handled them professionally and gave helpful information when I was clueless on a subject or topic. He walked me through every step of the process from the very start to the very end with making it all very easy for me to understand. Andrew was awesome! He helped me find the perfect house! Knowledgeable of the area and what you want. When it came time for change and moving to my next house he was right there! Sold my house in one day! Overall experience with him was great! Would highly suggest to any buyer or seller!
